Warranty and claims

 

Our goal is a happy customer; hence fast claim settlement is a commonplace. Our online store provides the same conditions for lodging complaints as any other stone shop.

These conditions are governed by the effective Commercial and Civil Code.

  • warranty on goods 24 months

The warranty does not cover:

  • defects resulting from normal wear and tear

  • defects arising from improper use of jewellery - scratched jewellery surface - stones with visible scratches - broken mechanics with earrings over the place with the joint - breaking the chains off the joint spots - loss of part of jewellery

  • change the colour tone of the jewellery plating due to environmental effects

Exchange of goods:

If you buy a wrong size or length, the commodity can be exchanged for a different kind but it must not be worn or showing signs of wear. The exchange of the article is possible within 30 days from the purchase. The costs associated with the exchange of goods are covered by the buyer.

Procedure for lodging a claim or exchange of goods:

  1. You can notify us of complaint by phone or email.

  2. Send the goods as a valuable package or valuable writing, no cash on delivery, to the address of the e-shop.

  3. Provide the goods with a short attached message indicating the reason for the complaint or exchange.

  4. Attach a copy of the invoice.

Your claim will be settled as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days from its receipt.

 

Withdrawal from the contract

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without any penalty within 14 days of the receipt of goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition, including a certificate.

  • The place to exercise the withdrawal from the contract is the address of the e-shop.

  •  Once we receive the goods and check them, a credit note will be issued, and a corresponding amount returned to the bank account of the buyer.
