    Gift vouchers
    Nominal value CZK 500; CZK 1,000, CZK 2,000 and CZK 5,000

    The gift voucher can only be redeemed at our e-shop www.granat-shop.cz.
    A gift check can be used once to pay for goods in the amount of its nominal value. If the value of the purchased goods is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the difference will not be refunded. If the value of the purchased goods is higher than the value of the Gift Voucher, the difference must be paid.
    The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.Gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
    If you want to redeem the check at the e-shop, you must enter the code from the certificate in the "discount code" field when creating the order
    In the case of goods for which a gift check was used, you can (in case of withdrawal from the purchase contract or in the case of a justified complaint) be refunded the amount by means of a replacement gift check.
    The gift voucher cannot be used to pay for shipping or service.
    A gift voucher cannot be replaced in any way if it is lost.
    Forging or altering a check is prohibited and may be punishable.

    The purchase of goods is governed by the applicable Terms and Conditions and the Complaints Regulations of the company.
